He is an agricultural engineer specialized in agriculture and cattle breeding, graduated from the University of the Republic.
He obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Administration from the Montevideo Business Studies Institute (IEMM).
He the manager of “Estancias y Cabaña La Estela”, a family business that takes advantage of 9,570 hectares of land in Soriano and Artigas. This company has an affiliate in Brazil which is managed from Uruguay www.laestela.com.uy.
He is also a farmer and has worked as a technical consultant and administrator for various agricultural businesses.

He is a public accountant graduated from Montevideo University.
